We are organizing to improve our living conditions and to build the tenant power we need to transform housing from an investment vehicle for the wealthy to what it should be: home for families, for communities, for everyone.

Equity Residential is just one of many gigantic real estate investors who claim to provide housing but who really drive up the price of rent, run eviction mills, and make housing unaffordable for tenants but extremely profitable for themselves and their investors.
